小麥除馀（芒）機 WheatDeburring machine

用    途：小麥、水稻在精選加工前的處理設備，防止篩孔堵塞，提高精選機的除雜效果。

工作原理：通過主軸低速運轉的螺旋打桿及筒壁上靜止打桿不間斷的攪動、摩擦作用，將麥穗或麥殼中的小麥脫殼；將稻穗脫?；蛉コ久?。打桿的角度在0°-30°之間可調，筒內充滿程度與摩擦力可調節，根據不同農作物特性，調整打桿角度及筒內摩擦力，可適合不同農作物使用要求，并獲得最佳脫殼與除芒效果。

進料口及出料口勻配有除塵管道快速接口，防止灰塵外溢。

螺旋打桿及筒壁勻用耐磨錳鋼材質，使用壽命≥10年。
