帶式大豆清選機 Belt type soybean cleaning machine

用途：能去除豆種中的土塊、石塊、半豆、一部分病蟲豆和皺皮豆。

選料帶寬1200mm，周長4500mm，帶選機帶層數10層，喂料采用自動給料，電機是四季免加油型減速電機，功率5kW，喂入量和帶選機帶數均采用變頻器調節。另又安裝一套回流重選設備，以確保質量。帶選機的帶不是傳統的網帶，而是耐磨耐用的膠帶，正好適合黃淮地區的大豆不規格豆的清選。另外，帶選機又添加一層底座以便調整角度。

The motor is the four seasons oil free deceleration motor with the power of 5kW. The feeding amount and the belt number of the belt separator are adjusted by frequency converter. Another set of reflux gravity separation equipment is installed to ensure the quality. The belt with separator is not a traditional mesh belt, but a wear-resistant and durable belt, which is just suitable for the cleaning of non-standard soybean in Huanghuai region. In addition, a layer of base is added to the belt selector to adjust the angle.
