設備介紹

1、全自動，智能化設備，由自動稱重機構、自動給粉機構、主機座、鍋體、轉盤、支架，核心技術主要在鍋體和轉盤，鍋體和轉盤均采用SUS304不銹鋼鑄件，厚度達50mm，鍋體與轉盤之間縫隙達到0.5mm以下，轉盤在≥400轉/分鐘轉速以上平穩性能良好。

2、電氣控制系統：PLC可編程序控器控制，一鍵式操作，所有電機采用變頻技術控制，10英寸觸摸屏操作，動態實時顯示工作狀況，具有故障提示、故障報警，缺種子或缺粉自動提示功能，。

3、供種：稱重式，自動按比例配給

4、供液：高精度蠕動泵，采用變頻控制供液精選高，泵體不與液體接觸，干凈、衛生。

5、進風：采用變頻控制，低溫區域丸化采用熱風。

6、 除塵：分兩次過濾，有效保證物料的回收利用。

7、使用壽命能達到十五年以上。

優勢

 種子丸化造粒包衣技術，是將農藥、肥料、植物調節劑、儲水劑、增氧劑和一些輔助材料有序分層包敷到種子上，進行丸化造粒的設備，可以使小粒種子通過丸化造粒放大幾十到幾百倍，不僅可有效地實現播種前植保、帶肥、帶藥下田，達到保苗壯苗、調節植物生長之目的；也為機械化精密播種創造了有利條件，從而達到大量節約用種、提高產量、節本成本。精簡為以下幾個方面：

1、方便機械化播種，丸化造粒技術將一些細小種子（番茄種子）的體積丸化變大，一些不規則種子丸化后變成圓度、大小統一的外形，達到播種機的自動播種要求。

2、節約人工成本，丸化造粒的種子采用機械化播種后，大量節約人工。

3、節約用種成本：丸化造粒的種子播種更精確，一粒種子一顆苗，出苗后無需人工間苗。

4、提高種子的抗病、抗蟲能力：丸化造粒后的種子外殼有農藥、保水、保肥功能，植物出苗快，出苗齊，苗期防蟲抗病能力強。
