Z型無破碎提升機 Z-type non crushing elevator

無破碎提升機無上下傳動輪鼓，各傳動部位不與物料發生碰撞、擠壓、進料時無反彈力，倒料時無回料現象，運轉時噪音比普通提升機下降50%，主要針對大顆粒、膨化食品等易碎物料的垂直提升輸送，是目前國內外防碎提升輸送理想設備，該機上段的長度可以根據實際需求定做，這樣就可以把提升機的下料口直接延伸到主機的進料口接近位置，因此也就省去了溜管這個環節，也就消除了物料在溜管滑落當中形成沖擊力造成的增碎。
