LZS系列半自動定量包裝機 LZS series semi-automatic quantitative packaging machine
氣動式包裝機，采用觸摸屏操作，中英文顯示，稱重過程是自動的，只有縫袋時需要人工輔助一下即可，配有帶式輸送機、雙線縫袋機、薄膜封口機、空氣壓縮機。
與物料接觸部件采用SUS304不銹鋼材質，測重傳感器采用瑞士METTLER TOLEDO(梅特勒-托利多)品牌，氣動元件采用日本SMC品牌，配置高，質量穩，稱重準。
-具有超差報警、出錯提示、日志存儲、U盤下載等功能。
-適合各種具備自流狀態的顆粒物料、100目以內的細沙類型物料。
-粉狀物料采用伺服電機控制螺旋送料方式進行稱重。
-包裝機料倉配有上下料位感應裝置，與其他設備形成互鎖。
-可與二維掃碼系統、防偽系統、追溯系統配套對接。
-預留除塵管道接口。
1.它由稱重控制器、氣動元件、稱重傳感器、皮帶輸送機、縫袋機、薄膜熱封機、空氣壓縮機組成。
2. 包裝機的工作原理：在稱重控制器上設定所需重量，電腦會發出指令自動稱重，人工把袋子裝好，氣缸接著會把袋子夾住，稱好的物料投入袋中，氣缸松開袋子，此時，皮帶輸送機會把袋子送入縫包機，封口后噴碼打印生產日期等信息。
3. 稱重速度快，測量精度高，抗干擾能力強，穩定性好，具有自動糾錯功能
4.具有紅外傳感器和快速氣動反應裝置。采用觸摸式液晶顯示，操作方便。
5. 適合于顆粒物料，自流性較好的粉末物料

1. It consists of weighing controller, pneumatic element, weighing sensor, belt conveyor, sewing bag machine, film heat sealing machine and air compressor.
2. Working principle of the packing machine: set the required weight on the weighing controller, the computer will automatically send out the weighing instruction, manually load the bag, and then the cylinder will clamp the bag, put the weighed material into the bag, and the cylinder will release the bag. At this time, the belt machine will send the bag to the sewing machine, and print the production date and other information after sealing.
3 .Weighing speed is fast, measuring accuracy is high, anti-interference ability is strong, stability is good, with automatic error correction function.
4.It has infrared transducer and speedy pneumatic device for fast reaction. It also adopts Touching LCD display for easy operation.
5. Suitable for granular materials, powder materials with good self fluidity
